Sally is a key member of the team that delivers De Facto's People Development programmes.

Sally has extensive experience in Management Development, Personal Development and Behavioural skills training and has a proven track record in designing and presenting courses to meet group and individual training needs from senior to junior levels.

Her areas of expertise include appraisal design and training, meeting skills, team building, leadership, recruitment, delegation and empowerment, business planning, time management, negotiation skills, trainer skills, project management, assertiveness training, managing stress and conflict.  She offers group training, bespoke events, one to one training and coaching in all these areas.

Sally is licensed by Franklin Covey to run various programmes including 7 Habits of Highly Effective People and Focus.  She is also a qualified Lifecoach and Investors in People assessor.
