Paul and Sally Read work together to deliver many of De Facto's People Development programmes.

Paul has over 20 years' experience as a management consultant, with expertise in strategy, change management and people development.  He has also had experience as a senior manager, including responsibility for a £40m budget, 25 offices and 600 staff.

Paul has facilitated training and leadership development programmes for a large number of organisations, and brings a strong business focus to the programmes he designs and delivers.  Paul has led many major change programmes for organisations, most of which have involved working with managers to improve capabilities and bring about changes to processes and behaviours.
