Ingrid is the founding director of De Facto, has been a finalist in national business awards and has devoted her working life to 'making a difference'. Ingrid is passionate about helping people succeed, be this in a project or business environment.

A project development and funding specialist, Ingrid has been working at a senior level in this field for almost 20 years, and in this time has been responsible for the management and implementation of many complex capital and business projects.

A highly respected business mentor and coach, Ingrid is unerringly committed to working with organisations and individuals to achieve their goals. Ingrid is also the founding director of the ONE Programme, which focuses on leadership success and the achievement of outstanding 'whole person performance' and true life balance.

In her spare time, Ingrid loves the company of her family and friends and running marathons (aside, perhaps for the final mile or two...), learning things and putting Henry Ford's mantra "if you think you can, you can" to the test!
